Yes. We offer a pick up option with our favorite local ice cream shop, Bean’s Ice Cream in Poquoson. Pick up is limited to their open hours (typically 3pm-9pm in Winter and 1pm-9pm in Summer). Bean’s is located at 475 Wythe Creek Road, Poquoson, Va 23662
We are a small, locally owned business, and support our community at every opportunity. We strive to produce the highest quality cookie cakes and partner with charities whose commitment to their passions matches ours. If you are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, and would like to discuss the ability to purchase Cookie Text cookie cakes at wholesale prices for resale at your charity event, or auction, please contact us for more information.

Business Accounts: Online store orders (pay with PayPal, Discover, or MasterCard) Orders placed by phone or email are payable via Quickbooks (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx).

However, once you’ve confirmed and paid for your order we reserve the right to deliver it as originally placed (ie. if we don’t get your message about the change in enough time, it is what it is).

Yes. Single Delivery Address For Order: If all Cookie Text products will be going to be delivered to one location, place your order through our online shop. (Use product quantity selector.) Multiple Delivery Addresses For Order: If you don’t have a Business Account, but would like to order more than $500 worth of Cookie Text product, please contact us directly.
Delivery is $3 with a $25.00 minimum order to most of Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, and Poquoson. Other delivery fees apply to extended delivery areas. These vary from $5 to $14 based on distance from our base of operations.

If we can not make a delivery due to weather, we will contact the sender by email or SMS text*, and deliver the next safe delivery day. We follow Yorktown Public Schools full-day closing schedule; however, all Peninsula school divisions are considered in making decisions regarding the safety of deliveries. Thank you! There will be no delivery service on the holidays listed below. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, there will be no delivery the following Monday.

*CookieText® cookie cake online orders are able to be delivered the very next day. Please note: custom CookiePic® cookie cakes may need additional time depending on the complexity of the supplied artwork. Next day delivery costs the same as placing your order a week before. If we get super-busy, or there is inclement weather, we may stop taking orders earlier so we make sure each Cookie Text cookie cake is up to our quality standards.
We deliver on the day you request, and will notify you (the sender) by SMS text* message once your cookie cake has been delivered. You can contact the recipient directly to let them be on the lookout for their “edible tweet”, or let it be a surprise… For Residential Delivery: If delivery address is a residence, we will leave your cookie cake on the door step in a weather-proof bag. (We make accommodations for extreme temperature.) For Business Delivery: If delivery address is a business, we will leave your cookie cake with the front desk, a receptionist, or co-worker (if front desk isn’t available). It is at the staff’s discretion when the staff member/recipient is notified of the delivery. For School Delivery: If delivery address is a school (other then a college), we will leave your cookie cake at the Main Office of that institution. It is at the staff’s discretion when the student/staff member is notified of the delivery. For College Delivery: If delivery address is a college, we will abide by that institutions mail/delivery regulations.
For Hospital/Care Facilities Delivery: If your delivery address is a Hospital or Care Facility, we will leave your cookie cake at the closest destination to the patient/recipient allowed by that institution. (Front desk, nurse’s station, or patient room, etc.) It is at the staff’s discretion when the patient/recipient is notified of the delivery. *Message and data rates may apply. In other words, when you use our text message services, the only cost to you is whatever your wireless provider charges you to send and receive text messages. We do not offer shipping for our products. You are more than welcome to accept delivery and ship our creations to your BFFs. There is no way for us to guarantee our items will arrive intact when shipped so we hand deliver all of our items.
For college deliveries we will require the student’s mobile phone number (see below), as well as a CSU#/Room #/Box # (depending on school. For College Delivery: If delivery address is a college, we will abide by that institutions mail/delivery regulations.

There are set maximum character lengths for the message on each cookie cake size. The website will not let you enter a message longer than the maximum length permitted. Please adjust your message until it fits..

We appreciate quirky messages, odd humor, and even inside jokes. We may contact you if we feel like a message isn’t in the spirit of Cookie Text, so…most anything, but not everything.
If the message you requested is inappropriate and we were not able to contact you prior to delivery, our editors may take liberties with your text. If there is a concern about your message, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss options and edits. We will make every possible effort to make sure your special message reflects your wishes…within reason.
Each cookie cake product includes the option to “ADD CANDLES” — select a single 24 pack of candles, or multiple packs to be delivered along with your cookie cake.
We have a wide range of sprinkle colors: rainbow assortment, basic colors, and even special “themed sprinkles”. Sprinkle choices will be available as a dropdown menu selection on all cookie cakes.
Each delicious Cookie Text cookie cake includes the option for two (2) sprinkle colors AND one (1) themed sprinkle per cookie cake. You can choose 3 different ones, or none at all, it’s up to you.

CookieText are just for your special message. If you would like to add an image to your special message, then you will want to order a CookiePic. FOR PIC AND TEXT: select CookiePic® cookie cake. CookiePic® images will be created with edible images. FOR TEXT ONLY: select CookieText® cookie cake.
That’s top secret! (Concerned about Allergens? See FAQ below.) We use a variety of premium ingredients in our cookie cakes, including whole milk, creamy fresh butter, whole eggs, real sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa, fresh peanut butter and other secret ingredients. Currently, we do not have any other nutritional information available for review.
CONTAINS: wheat / dairy & milk products / eggs / nuts CONTACT: This product is baked in a shared facility that may use soy / peanut / seeds. We use the finest dairy, flour and nut products. We recommend not consuming any of our products if you have these food allergies.
We currently offer a Gluten-friendly Chocolate chip CookieText™. This item is made with gluten-free ingredients, but is prepared in the same kitchen using the same equipment as all of our other products. Currently all of our Cookie Text cookie cakes contain sugar and dairy.
No, that will dry them out. We specialize in old-fashioned baked goods, made from scratch and baked in small batches throughout the day, using only the finest ingredients. Our product is made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. If you plan on storing your cookie cake overnight, seal your cookie cake in a resealable plastic bag. For longer storage place sealed cookie cake in your freezer. When you are ready to enjoy your cookie cake, just allow it to thaw at room temperature.
Yes! We try to make everything as easy as possible by having you email us directly at info@cookietext.com. We will reach back out and personally. handle setting up that account.
For Business Accounts, Cookie Text will invoice your business by email, and payment is due and payable upon receipt. Payment must be received at least 72 hours before the delivery date range begins. This will allow us an opportunity to go look over your order, ask questions if needed, give you the best possible pricing, and plan for necessary staffing and delivery.
Orders over $250 require a minimum of 72 hours notice. For business accounts and bulk orders, we will invoice your business by email, and payment is due and payable upon receipt. Payment must be received at least 72 hours before the delivery date range begins.
We believe our Cookie Text cookie cake products are priced as fairly as possible, and represent both our dedication to high quality and service. When possible we are willing to combine shipping costs for cookie cakes going to our extended delivery area.
